1) Trades and Sales are final.

2) We may reject a trade or sale for any reason.

3) If you decline an offer, that offer is not valid in the future. If you wish to get another offer on the same cards, you will need to resubmit your cards.

4) If you continually submit trades and reject the offers you will no longer be eligible to trade at the shop.

5) ALL CARDS UNDER $5 TCG MARKET VALUE MUST BE REMOVED FROM SLEEVES AND TOPLOADERS. No exceptions, cards that are sleeved will be rejected. High value cards can be sleeved in clear outer sleeves and top loaders/semi-rigid loaders. All solid color sleeves must be removed.

6) Trade credit issued for trades does not expire. It can be used at a later time if you request a trade credit slip.

7) Card value is determined by the average of the last 10 comparable TCGPlayer market sales. We take into account condition, version, saturation, trending value, and the needs of the shop when making an offer. The general rates are listed below.

8) Cards that are dropped off cannot be changed or picked-up until the evaluation is complete. The general time frame for trade evaluation is 1-3 business days, depending on current workload. Smaller trades can be completed immediately.
