Refund & Return Policies
We offer refunds on all products that are returned to us in the same condition they are received. Opened or altered products may be ineligible for any sort of refund. Please contact us if you have an issue and we will work diligently to solve the problem.
What we cover
- We accept returns on all products for up to 30 days after the sales date
- We will cover all extra costs (shipping/fees/etc.) only if we are responsible for the return (IE: We sent the wrong item)
What we do not cover
- We will not provide refunds in the case the wrong shipping address was provided. You, as a buyer, are responsible for making sure that all information connected to your account is correct. You can contact us before the order has been shipped to make changes. (see the "contact us" option at the bottom of the page, your requests must be made from the same email address provided)
- We will not issue refunds if your package was marked as delivered and is missing. You must make sure you mailing area is safe and available. Package thieves are becoming a major issue in some areas, this is not something we can control. If you would like signature confirmation so that your package is not left unattended, please select the relevant options during checkout.
All orders will ship out from our facility in Cleveland, Ohio 44144. Roughly 95% of orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. If we are experiencing any sort of delay or back order we will contact you. We will sometimes offer pre-orders and pre-sales which may have delayed processing times, this will be clearly listed in the catalog.
If you are local you can opt to forgo shipping and pickup the order directly from our office. Must be schedule ahead.
We do not and will not share your information with anybody, under any circumstance; the only exception being unless it is required for issues with payment institutions (IE: Paypal dispute, banking reversal, charge-back claims).
Very basic general data is shared with the following apps
-Facebook through our marketplace connection; does not include personal data or identifying information. Tracks website usage.
-Google through our marketplace connection; does not include personal data or identifying information. Tracks website usage.
We have fully opted out of all programs that request more intrusive tracking (such as Facebook's advanced tracking). We will never change this as we feel your privacy is important.
